Applications Now Open: Wilderness and Space Medicine Fellowships

The MGB SPEAR Medicine Division is pleased to announce that applications are now open for both the Wilderness Medicine and Space Medicine Fellowships.

We invite physicians interested in advancing their career in austere, resource-limited, and extreme-environmental medicine to apply. Both fellowships offer immersive, hands-on clinical training grounded in clinical excellence, research, and operational readiness.

Key dates:

  • Applications will be accepted through September 30th.

  • Interviews are expected to take place in mid-October.
